Practia Community
The Practia Community offers additional content, moderated discussions, and Q&A. This community is an opportunity for anyone, in any role in a Practia system to go more in depth and learn more about the Practia framework. In particular, the Practia Community is a place for individual teachers implementing the system to find colleagues and support. The Practia Community is FREE and open to anyone who wants to join. School Implementation Support
School Implementation Support is provided by Jonas Zuckerman of Zuckerman Education Consulting, who has over 35 years of education experience. The support package includes one live virtual coaching session per month and “as needed” support via email. These supports are for all staff implementing the Practia system, including instructional coaches, those who are supporting instructional coaches, and school administrators. The coaching will be tailored to individual needs at your school’s current stage and yearly cycle, covering topics such as:
- Determining Essential Conditions
- Building a Practia Data System
- Adult-practice data driven coaching
- Resource allocation
- Ongoing adjustments
- Student assessments
The School Implementation Support Package covers all staff within the school. The school, with help from the Practia facilitator (if needed), will determine who attends the monthly virtual coaching sessions. In addition, everyone in the school is invited to join the Practia Community for access to the content, discussions, and Q&A.
- Topics and agendas will be collaboratively developed to cater to your school’s specific needs.
- Email support is available between coaching sessions, so you can always get assistance.
- Scheduling of monthly sessions is flexible, so the timing will work for your school staff.
Expected Outcomes of School Implementation Support:
- Develop and establish locally determined Essential Conditions
- Build a Practia Data System to drive improvement efforts
- Strengthen instructional coaching grounded in adult-practice data
- Strategically allocate resources to address gaps and sustain growth
Logistics
Costs for Practia School Implementation Support:
- Annual Plan – $7,500 per year
- Does not automatically renew; schools have the option to renew
- Monthly Plan – $750 per month
- Monthly Plan continues every month; schools can cancel any time with 30 days notice

District Implementation Support
District Implementation Support is provided by Jonas Zuckerman of Zuckerman Education Consulting, who has over 35 years of education experience. District support functions on a “Train the Trainer” model, so district staff will be able to guide Practia implementation at schools. The District Implementation Support model is available to all educational administration organizations, including State Educational Agencies (SEAs), Charter School Networks, Private School Organizations, and Regional Education Service Agencies.
There is not a set structure for district-level support, instead it is flexible and tailored to meet specific needs of your district. These elements may also be different at various times of the year to align with your improvement cycle. A combination of the following components will be included:
- In person introductory sessions to develop capacity among district staff
- Periodic in person sessions to maintain consistency and fidelity with the Practia framework.
- Monthly virtual calls for ongoing coaching
- Timely, “as-needed” email support
- Individual school-level supports

- Size and context of the district
- Exact services the district wishes to engage in
- Number of sessions and people involved in the learning
